We have been suppling our customers with the high quality digital resources for years now and will continue to do so. As an additional step to ensure that this continues, we have recently implemented a Quality Control System. We now place a QC seal on products that have been checked by Quality Control Professionals. Products are tested for the following:
Sizing
Resolution
Blurriness
Missing pixels
Jagged edges
Hanging Drop Shadows
We also check to ensure that specific "program related" such as items as; Actions, Scripts, Styles, Brushes, Custom Shapes, Patterns etc. Work in the programs for which they are intended for.
Here at Commercial-use, we have well over 10,000 products. So at first, not all products may have the QC seal yet. Please rest assured that this does not mean that they do not meet the quality standards. It simply means that the items has not had the extra checking as of yet.
Should you purchase a product that fails to meet the quality that is expected. We will have that product removed from our store and supply you with a store credit or refund.
