TERMS OF USE (TOU): PERSONAL/COMMERCIAL USE

1.NO AUTHORIZATION FOR PRODUCTS ARE SOLD AS CU4CU.
- You may NOT sell it as an CU FOR CU item.

2. NO AUTHORIZATION TO BE SOLD AS SEPARATE ELEMENTS IN PACKAGES.
- You may not use this action to create a product comprised of just the results of the action.
- Do not make kits or sets containing only items created using my items a maximum of 30% are allowed.  YOU MAY create tags and element items to sell in scrapbook kits.

3. ONLY FOR small home business purposes (FAMILY BUSINESS AND SMALL SCALE).
- Use this product for making greeting cards, wrappers, calendars, etc.  * When you do an occasional paid project for a family or friend, but you don't do it as a business.

4. NO AUTHORIZATION TO Clipart, Tubes and Stock images.
- YOU MAY NOT create tubes, brushes, custom shapes, or patterns from my products.

5. YOU MAY NOT resell in its original form.
- The product is for commercial use, but cannot be sold in its original state. 

6. Credits are required in TOU.

7. This product may be used as freebie or awards, as long as only 15% of the kit.

8. Feel free to modify images (size, color, etc.) as necessary.

9. YOU MAY NOT claim these graphics as your own.

10. YOU MAY NOT make Rubber Stamps and Cross stitch kits.

11. YOU MAY NOT make Templates e resale.
- You may not transform in a grayscales item to be resold as a Template.
- YOU MAY NOT convert the final result of this product in Gray Scale and then sell it.

12. You may not use this action to create items for resale as commercial-use items.
- Commercial Use (CU) means you can use my CU items for products that you sell, however those products MUST be sold as Personal Use Only.
- You are not allowed to create template and commercial products with these files.

13. This product nor its derivatives are not licensed for use in kits created by designers composing a team.

14.YOU MAY NOT offer any ADRIANA FERRARI Designs graphics images on any webpage for download, send them through a list such as a news or Yahoo group or include them in any graphics collection either on the internet or otherwise.
- YOU MAY NOT share, resell, redistribute, or pirate these graphics in any way, including but not limited to offering them for download on any online group, file sharing site or ftp.
- DO NOT Share these files with ANYONE. This is considered pirating, and is ILLEGAL!

15. YOU MAY make one copy of this set for backup purposes only, but not with intent to redistribute.

16. YOU MAY create items for resale as S4H, S4O, and PU.

17. YOU MAY NOT use any of my products as a base to create an action.

18. Use products ADRIANA FERRARI for Layouts in galleries to be posted online or published in magazines. Do not forget to credit Adriana Ferrari including the name (s) element (s) and actions.

19.Permission to use the products ADRIANA FERRARI on Web pages, Blog and Store Tops, etc, so please contact me.   And always place theimage credits in a visible place on the blog or website.
