TERMS OF USE OF STYLES/BRUSHES/TEMPLATES/DOODLES/OVERLAYS

Commercial use 

(*) You have authorization to use these style/brush/template/doodle or overlay in Personal or Commercial.

You can:   
- to change the color of the elements;   
- to alter the size;   
- to create elements to sell in scrapbook kits or packs (create tags and element items to sell in scrapbook kits).
(*) You may use my commercial graphics to create Digital Kits, Quick Pages, Photobooks, Printables and Web Pages.
- to use for works with commercial ends, as sites making, blogs, scrapbooking pages, among others;
- to use this product in part or whole to create layouts for scrapbook, online galleries, and contests. 
- Create items for sale in digital kits which are for personal use & are also S4O/S4H friendly.

(*) About S4H/S4O “Scrap4Hire/ Scrap4Others”
You have authorization to create layouts or other craft items for your clients to be delivered in printed or flattened in jpg.
Your customers only will receive the final, flattened version of the product (i.e. no psd files, no individual papers/graphs/products/elements
files, etc)
   

You may not:
- You may not create a package only with elements created with my styles, but only 30% of this package or a Kit
- You MAY NOT redistribute this product, in part or whole, in any way. This includes cd/dvd, graphic collections, email, group or website links.
- You MAY NOT include this product in its original format , in any kit/element pack for re-sale or distribution.
- YOU MAY NOT use any of my products as a base to create a style/brush/template/doodle or overlay.
- YOU MAY NOT use them to create actions, styles or PSP scripts & tubes.
- YOU MAY NOT Include them in layered templates.
- YOU MAY NOT use them to make packs of stitches, they must be used for the creation of digital kits, or clusters etc…and should not be more than 30% of the final product.
- You are NOT allowed to re-distribute the original products in their original form.
- You are NOT allowed to produce pre-made logos, branding, web/blog templates.
- You may not offer any of these graphics on any webpage for download, send them through a list such as a news or Yahoo group,
Google Groups, Comunities on the internet like Orkut, Gazzag and others or include them in any graphics collection either on the internet or otherwise.

- Blog designs made using my products: Credit is REQUIRED either in the footer or somewhere visible in the sidebar.
- NO AUTHORIZATION FOR PRODUCTS ARE SOLD AS CU4CU.
- Credit is always appreciated but not required.

PROHIBITED USES:

- display the Content on websites designed to induce sales of "print on demand" products,
including postcards, mugs, t-shirts, posters and other items (this includes custom designed
websites as well as sites such as Cafe Press (i.e. www.cafepress.com );

- use the Content or any part thereof as part of a trade-mark, design-mark, trade-name,
business name, service mark, or logo;

- incorporate the Content in any product that results in a re-distribution of the Content
(such as electronic greeting card web sites);

- use any image in the Content that depicts a person to endorse a business, product or
service;

- sub-license, resell, rent, lend, or otherwise distribute the Content.
